CALIFORNIA FISH & GAME COMMISSION REGULATORY PROPOSAL SWEEPING NEW REGULATIONS OVERSTEP EVEN THE EXTREME RESTRICTIONS OF AB821
FISH & GAME COMMISSION NEEDS TO
HEAR FROM YOU!
The California Fish and Game
Commission recently voted to adopt regulations intended to
enforce
AB821 (Nava) legislation that would limit the use of
traditional Lead -cored center-fire rifle cartridges in certain
areas in California for hunting and the taking of non-game
animals. IMPORTANT NOTE: Although the NRA vigorously opposed AB821, it is now law. However, it is unfortunate that the CA. Fish & Game Commission would seek to expand the restrictions much farther than those required by AB821. Therefore, the NRA urges you to contact the CA. Fish & Game Commission and voice your opposition to those enhanced restrictions that exceed the scope and intent of AB821.
